This property is set back from the main road and backs on to a park, making it quite peaceful. The closest metro stop is Medborgarplatsen. A traditional three-storey building dating back to 1780 where the building housed a brewery and living quarters for the workers. Today the building has been renovated into a 40 room hotel.
