Hotel new dawn (promo) - The hotel is located in a quiet side street off Bayswater Road. Two underground stations are within few minutes walking to the hotel, for quick link to central London (Bayswater and Queensway). Hyde Park is only a stroll away at the end of the Inverness Terrace, where the hotel is located. It is a typical Victorian town house with a white facade. This hotel is only ideal to those travelling with a budget but looking for a very central Location. The Bayswater area is very vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants open till late. The hotel represent excellent value for money. (09/07RP)

They are basic and would benefit from a cosmetic refurbishment, however they are clean and are all ensuite, and have a TV. Both bathrooms and bedrooms are very small.

The breakfast room area is located on the lower ground floor and has recently been refurbished.

It is very small and basic, only featuring a reception desk and leading directly to the bedrooms.
