Hotel pera tulip (executive) - The brand new hotel, officially a boutique category hotel has its opening on the winter of 2007. The hotel is located in the historic area of Pera, close to the famous Taksim Square, on the modern side of the city. The Lively Istiklal street with its numerous shops and bars is just a two minute walk away with Taksim Square slightly further. The main tourist sights of Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are around a ten to fifteen minute taxi journey away, in the old part of the city. From outside the hotel looks as a beginning of the century building. For location, facilities and services as the indoor pool, the Turkish Bath & Sauna and two Massage Rooms. The executive floor rooms in this new hotel are medium size, with all the necessary comfort; there is a flat screen Satellite TV, 24 hr room service, minibar, air-conditioning and free high speed internet. This type of rooms also has Dolby Surround Sound System, DVD Player and Espresso Machines.The rooms are in perfect condition and extremely clean; the decoration is based in cream colours combined with modern metal & glass furniture. The bathroom are, again, in perfect condition, are medium size and have a hair drier. Most of the bathrooms are shower only.

The hotel has its own restaurant, decorated in modern hip/boutique style. The selection in the menu is a good combination of international and Turkish food.

The lobby is medium size decorated in modern style giving already the idea of the type of hotel that it is.
