The standard room is small in size however fully equipped and functional to meet all the expected standards of both leisure and business travellers. Decorated in bright and welcoming colours the room also offers automatic air-conditioning, IDD telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, a safe deposit box and tea/coffee making facilities. The quality and conditioning of the rooms are among the best of any 3 star property in the city, bathrooms are all fitted with showers.

Within the hotel there are four food and beverage outlets. The Brasserie is an all-day dining venue that has been designed to meet the taste demands of the international visitor, while the Oasis Lounge and Bar delivers a combination of a cocktail lounge and wine bar. The pool terrace offers light meals however is not open during the hotter months of the year. Lastly, the New York themed hotel Deli provides a range of fresh snacks and allows guests to buy basic supplies or mini-bar goods which can be consumed in the privacy of their room.

The entrance opens up to a medium sized lobby with the reception directly upon arrival. Adequate seating is available to the left and the elevators are located behind the reception desk.
