Hotel blue lagoon (deluxe) - Located on the south-east coast of Mauritius, approximately ten minutes from the airport, in the area of Blue Bay. This bay is home to Coral Garden, a protected marine park and coral reef, ideal for snorkelers and divers. The capital, Port Louis, is approximately 45 minutes away. The hotel comprises of low-rise buildings topped with thatched roofs, situated around a pool, facing the beach. The pool area is in the centre of the property and looks over the garden area and white sandy beach. As the property is one of the closest hotels on the island to the airport, this in an ideal choice for those wishing to avoid travelling for an hour or so to reach their accommodation. Although located near the airport, flights are limited to approximately 12 per day, so are only minimally disruptive. The hotel also features a new health club, sauna and massage facilities. The large rooms are in good condition and decorated with a lively, tropical theme. Each features a balcony overlooking the gardens or sea. Deluxe rooms are more spacious than standard rooms.

The property features two dining options. The main restaurant serves a daily themed buffet, while the second restaurant features an international à la carte menu.

The large open air reception area is decorated with dark wood and high ceilings. The main restaurant and bar area are adjacent.
