7We put our luggage into their storage on check out and went back for it before catching our train. I asked at reception and was told that the man with the key would be with me shortly - the man then began checking in a full bus full of people even though I was stood there! the other people on reception were free at the time - I had to wait for about ten minutes - so it was a good thing we'd allowed plenty of time.
