2no instruction on keys. only one electronic key provided and when complained lights kept going off was told i should put one key in slot while there and take key (which i didn’t have) with me.
Not told how the sink plug worked (you cant assume people know about rotating plugs.
the air conditioning fan could not be adjusted and whirred away all night noisily.
Other niggling things I can’t remember now.
Tip: try another hotel
not making any formal complaint because frankly not worth the hassle.
while checking out heard a family complaining and get a partial refund but hey, if you’ve got a life, get on with it and don’t look back
