Belfast holidays have grown in popularity hugely over the last decade or so and the capital of Northern Ireland now ranks amongst the most hotly tipped tourist destinations in the world. In fact Frommers recently listed it in their Top twelve destinations to visit.

Travelling to Belfast, it seems, has never been so popular. In recent years Belfast has established itself as something of a tourist destination. Belfast hotels are everywhere now. As for the city itself, it has undergone a remarkable transformation since the Troubles and this is no small part responsible for the renewed interest in travel to Belfast. However it is now shaking off that dubious distinction and has currently expanded into Northern Ireland's largest hotel, a symbol of renewed confidence in the city itself. This is one of the best examples of a luxurious Belfast hotel, but if this is slightly out of your price range a cheap hotel in Belfast is almost too easy too find. Walk down any street near the city centre and you will find hundreds of small independently run hostels, or check out the internet for any deals you can get on hotels in Belfast and you are sure to be pleasantly surprised.
