The hotel is an excellent located property. Rooms are medium in size and furnished in an elegant and fine style. They have carpet flooring and are decorated in the typical sober Florentine style. The hotel is in a central location, close to Santa Maria Novella station. It is also close to the main historical sites. The restaurant is on the ground floor, elegantly decorated and furnished. The cuisine is superb and well presented. The exterior is traditional in style, typical of the main Florentine buildings and houses. The lobby is medium in size richly furnished in a style of an English country house or club. Renovated in 2006, this 6-storey hotel is housed within a classical building with traditional facilities and designs, including 102 elegant rooms, suites and junior suites. The restaurant serves a variety of cuisine and the hotel bar offers good music and tasty drinks. The air-conditioned lobby features a 24-hour reception, a safe, a cloakroom as well as a currency exchange and lift. Furthermore, there are conference facilities and WLAN access point (fees apply). Room and laundry services as well as medical assistance are also available for an added charge. Bikes can be stored in the bike cellar and there is parking for those arriving by car (fees also apply). Guests are requested to leave their key at the reception when leaving the building.
