82. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade to the executive 10th floor with use of executive lounge which provides free snacks during day and cheese and wine at night. We misheard/misunderstood the receptionist and thought it was €7.00 per night each but it was €70.00 per night, adding another €280 to our bill!
3. Room much too warm for comfortable sleep.
Tip: I had chosen the option when room booking which indicated two beds. Unfortunately, we had to share a King size bed but it was OK really as we both slept on each side and weren't really aware of one another. We are old school friends and were celebrating a big birthday. It is difficult sometimes when booking online to ensure that one gets twin beds. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue as my husband & I travel together.
