Centrally located very near to major attractions. Clean, new refurbished rooms. Staff at front desk was very helpful!

Good Points

Very helpful and pleasant staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast room. Lovely breakfast room, with a good range of things to eat - not just croissants and jam. The location is right next to the Cluny Museum, but the side street location means that it's very quiet. There's also a Vélib (bike hire) area right outside for those who want to try this means of getting around Paris!

good location, pleasant hotel staff, not really any noise from street when windows closed.

very noisy at times as walls of rooms thin, bedroom doors always banging as no dampers on them, breakfast items ran out by 9.45 and not replaced including toast and orange juice !! Tea and coffee not replenished in bedrooms we had to ask every day for them !!

didnt work out the air con till day two which gave an uncomfortable first night, but it was as much my fault as anyone elses

Tip: Ask for the back. We where in 32 and it was better than most Paris hotels of this grade I have stayed in
