Hôtel pannonia - The hotel is right in the city centre very close to the main sights. Sopron itself is very close to the Austrian boarder. The building itself is 120 years old but was fully refurbished in 1998. The old charm of the building and the beautiful exterior has been kept in its original look. This hotel can suit everyone's needs who is up for a very elegant and stylish short break or holiday. The Szechenyi restaurant which is situated next to the lobby is 100 years old and is still very popular with its guests. They serve traditional and international cuisine. There is a nice open air roof terrace restaurant which is open from May until autumn and it is well worth a visit especially on hot summer evenings when everyone wants to enjoy a cool fresh breeze by watching the sun setting down over the city.
