Hôtel green apple - This hostel is located on the 4th floor of the Riga Hotel. Rooms are of an excellent standard for a hostel, only real different to those of a hotel are that the telephones and televisions have been removed and many rooms are able to accommodate 4 guests easily. This hostel is a perfect choice for those seeking good quality budget accommodation with one of Riga's best locations. It is a huge and impressive granite building, coloured light brown and is a reminder of such grand buildings in Latvia's Soviet past. This is a hostel with a perfect location in the heart of Riga. Although the rooms do not offer the luxuries of a hotel, the location itself is worth staying here.

Rooms are of a good size and standard, all are clean and spacious and superior to those found in many hostels all over the globe. All are ensuite.

The restaurant can be found on the 1st floor; it is light and airy, offering a range of local and International cuisine. Breakfast is served here for hotel guests which guests of the hostel can pay directly for if they want.

The lobby is large and is a split-level area. It has a grand feel, as the ceilings are high and its quite spectacular. The reception desk is to the right of the hotels entrance.
