Hôtel club andaman (balcony deluxe) - The resort is located on the famous Patong Beach albeit not on the beachfront. Patong Beach offers the best nightlife, range of restaurants, and shopping options in Phuket. The resort is close to all this, yet removed from it as it is surrounded by 15 acres of its own landscaped tropical gardens. This is a high-rise, white, concrete building. The hotel actually consists of 2 buildings. There are 2 freeform swimming pools providing a unique venue in which to relax. The other facilities include a fully equipped fitness centre complete with saunas and massage, 2 floodlit tennis courts, a golf putting green as well as a children's play room. Rooms are large in modern style, clean and well appointed, with or private balcony space 8 sq. metre. Bathrooms are of a good standard. The Thai style village cottages are more basic than the rooms, giving a relaxed feeling whilst overlooking the gardens and pools as well as a nice pond. There are 2 types of low-rise accommodation in cottage styles. The bathrooms are in good condition.

The hotel has 5 restaurants. Breakfast is normally served in one restaurant which serves international cuisine a la carte for lunch and dinner. The hotel also has a seafood restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a Thai restaurant, and a poolside bar.

Lobby is medium-sized with a seating area and a nice grey marble floor. An extension of the lobby lounge is adjacent to the right-hand side with a refreshment bar and live music. This is airy and opens to the hotel's tropical garden.
