Being centrally located, it has taverna's, bars and shops nearby. The island's lively capital town of Fira and the airport are both just a fifteen minute transfer away by car. A traditional Cycladic style 2 storey building, painted white with blue shutters and a swimming pool out the front. The breakfast room is simply decorated with white walls and pine tables and chairs. Traditional Greek artwork adorns the walls. As the studios are equipped with kitchenettes, breakfast can be taken in the privacy of one's own room or on the balcony overlooking the village. There is also a pool bar serving drinks and light snacks.

Medium in size the lobby is light and airy with marble flooring and a contemporary yet traditional style, with sofas scattered around.
