Hôtel grosvenor house (premier) - Situated in Dubai Marina overlooking its sister hotel Le Royal Meridien Dubai Jumeirah, the hotel is 35 km from downtown Dubai and 5 km from the Burj Al Arab. While the hotel would be considered a beach hotel due to its location it does not have direct beach access, guests must use the complimentary shuttle service, which only takes a few minutes. This landmark building is tall and modern-looking with balconies on all sides. The hotel is more ideal for couples and singles than families, it is a very stylish hotel and the atmosphere reflects this. Whilst the hotel does have luxury leisure facilities some guests may prefer to stay in a hotel with direct beach access and a more relaxed atmosphere. (SD 10.08)

The hotel opened in 2006 and all the rooms are in excellent condition, the style of the rooms is different from other hotels as they are more modern and contemporary with heavy use of wood.

They hotel has several various critically acclaimed restaurants including The Buddha Bar.

The large marble lobby is sleek and contemporary and more like a city hotel than a beach hotel. There is a large seating area for guests to sit relax and be seen in one of the cities most fashionable new hotels.
