The hotel is housed in a XVIII century building which retains the past monastic characteristic for it was the San Jose choir school where boys used to gather to rehearse masses to be sung in the nearby cathedral. In the cosy dining room delicious breakfast can be enjoyed while admiring the views. In the dining rooms also a wide variety of traditional tapas and local dishes, accompanied by excellent regional wines, are available. Weather permitting, meals can be served in the terrace.
