Hôtel amari rincome (superior) - Located outside the main town at the beginning of the ascent to Doi Suthep. Only 10 minutes drive from night bazaar centre of Chaingmai. A low-rise concrete structure set in extensive grounds and lush gardens. The hotel has beautiful and extensive gardens as well as 2 swimming pools. There is also a tennis court for tennis buffs. It is one of the oldest hotels in Chaingmai City and is well maintained. Suitable for all travellers who are seeking a peaceful vacation with easy access to the town centre. (11/07 WS)

The rooms are large and similar. Deluxe rooms feature modern and contemporary design and the same size as superior room but included more amenities and have in room CD player. All room have small and nice balconies overlooking garden views. Bathrooms are of a very high standard.

The restaurant with its ceiling of painted umbrellas does offer a nice ambience in which to enjoy breakfast. The other restaurant is more intimate and serves French cuisine.

Lobby is medium sized with plenty of seating areas. Throughout the lobby and hotel are antiques, carvings and paintings that re-enforce the culture and warmth of Chaing Mai in this hotel of European flavour. Refreshment bar is located one step up from the lobby area and offers a pool scene. The natural colours of green and white are carried on throughout the hotel's lobby and all rooms.
