Hôtel calheta beach (room only) - This excellent hotel is located in Calheta which is a coastal village just 30 minutes from the capital of the Island of Madeira. Positioned right in top of the sandy beach. This is a modern 5 storey building housing a total of 89 rooms. The hotel offers the following facilities and services: covered car parking, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and turkish steam bath, fitness room, 4 conference rooms, boutique. The rooms most of which have panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean, are decorated in a contemporary style with terra-cotta ceramic flooring, wooden furniture and patterned bedspreads and curtains. All rooms have a good sized balcony. Some rooms have a through-door to the adjoining room for use by larger families.

The hotel has 3 restaurants and 3 bars, 2 of which are outdoors. Due to the good reputation of it's Madeiran style cuisin one of the restaurants has become a favourite meeting place for the local people. The other two provide a more international cuisine.

The lobby is medium in size.
