Family rooms are spacious and feature bunk beds for children, as well as a queen size bed for adults. They are large and well maintained, with all modern facilities - iron and ironing board, tea/coffee makers, free in house movies, and a free digital in room safe. They are kept in a good condition, along with bathrooms, which have bath with overhead shower & hair dryer. Rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is home to the Bushfire Flame and Grill, which offers a unique dining experience with char grilled, locally sourced beef, and seafood. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also located within the hotel is Sugarcane Rhumbar, a tapas style bar.
