Hôtel floris avenue (room only) - The hotel is located in the centre of Brussels just a 10-minute walk away from the famous Brussels Grand-Place and the South Station, terminal for the Eurostar and Thalys. A traditional building, in keeping with the surrounding areas. A brand new hotel of a very good standard and conveniently located as it's close to the main shopping area. 08/08.

The rooms are medium to large in size and a quite modern. They are decorated mostly in a neutral, cream colours with the exception of one wall which is a shade of purple. The each have a small desk and chair with all the furniture in beech effect wood. The bathrooms are again small to medium in size (some are shower only) with stone coloured walls and beige tiles, like the rooms are in an excellent condition

The restaurant, like the rest of the hotel is fairly modern in design with purple chairs and dark wood tables. There is a small bar just off the restaurant.

The lobby reception area is small and on a Mezzanine level and overlooks the restaurant and the garden.There is a small seating area with orange coloured sofa's
