The magnificent views of the Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus and Athens city can be enjoyed from all floors. The property was built in 1973 and renovated in 2003 and is only a ten minute walk to the famous Syntagma Square. This building is a modern structure, in keeping with the local residential area. The hotel is a boutique style property, excellent for its class. Facilities include a rooftop swimming pool surrounded by a decking area for sunbathing. There is also a pool bar. A gym is available along with treatment rooms. A complimentary shuttle bus runs guests in to town. All the rooms are of a medium size and furnished in modern decor with some traditional touches. All are appointed to a high standard of comfort with good quality furniture and pleasant modern decor. All are kept in a very good condition as are the bathrooms.

There is a rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served, which affords spectacular views across the city. There is also an outdoor restaurant (open in the summer) located on the ground floor set in a tranquil garden environment. This restaurant also has an indoor contemporary Greek café style seating area. Both restaurants serve a variety of international and local cuisine.

The lobby is large and has an elegantly furnished lounge and reception area.
