Hotel parador de la granja - The new Parador de La Granja is living proof of the rich architectural legacy of the Royal Site. Situated just 55 minutes away from Madrid in Segovia. It is composed of two tradictional buildings. On one hand, the hotel is located in the Casa de los Infantes, constructed in the 18th century by Charles III to house Princes Gabriel and Antonio. On the other hand, the Cuartel General de la Guardia de Corps houses a modern Conference and Convention Centre It is worth emphasising the monumental and natural setting in which it is to be found, just 11 km. from Segovia, a World Heritage City in the heart of the Guadarrama Mountains. Most rooms have terra-cotta ceramic tiling, white bedspreads and curtains. Extremelly comfortable rooms.

Sheltered behind the majestic door that gives it its name is the Restaurante Puerta de la Reina where you can taste an authentic and traditional cuisine with nuances of modernity provided by its young and professional staff. Try a roast that, slowly cooked in the oven, is served tender and crunchy according to the norms of Castilian cuisine, judiones (large beans), delicious trout, marzipan and egg yolk liquor cake or the famous raspberries. All this expertly combined with an exquisite cellar replete with the appropriate wines that creates quite an experience to the senses. In addition, in summer you can enjoy the terrace, with a less formal atmosphere and menu.

The lobby is medium in size and elegantly decorated.
