The Cadet Street has various shops and restaurants and is walking distance from the Folies Bergeres and the Grands Magasins, where you can find some of the most well-known shops. If you do not feel like walking, the nearest Metro is Cadet, which is a few steps away from the Residence. There is a velib station closeby if you choose to explore Paris by bike. While you are in the heart of Paris, you can also enjoy the quietness of this property as it is set back from the street and has a small japanese-style courtyard at the front. High quality and contemporary furnishing for both small and large suites including a fully equipped kitchenette, a seating area with a flat-screen TV as well as a fully-equipped bathroom with either single or double sinks, wi-fi access included. The small suites, which are approximately 35m2, have a double bed while the larger suites, which are approximately 60m2, have two double beds either seperated by a partition or a wall. There is plenty of storage space to allow great comfort for longer stays.

Clients can choose to have their breakfast served in the small breakfast area next to reception or in their suite.
