Hotel tivoli jardim (room only) - The hotel is situated practically on Lisbon's Av. da Liberdade and next to the larger Tivoli Lisboa. This is a traditional 1960s concrete construction with balconies off each room and window shutters. The Tivoli Club is a luxurious tropical garden, with century-old trees and sheltered from the city’s hustle and bustle around the corner, by the two hotels, Tivoli Jardim and Tivoli Lisboa. The hotel has 119 rooms, including 70 twin rooms, 42 double rooms and 7 singles. All rooms fully equipped with individual air conditioning, mini bar, satellite television, radio, direct dial telephone and safe. The decor is simple and in a traditional style. The marble bathrooms are small and in good condition.

Jardim Restaurant, located near the hotel lobby and with direct access from the street, it serves a buffet breakfast in the morning and at lunch and dinner, an extensive à la carte menu of traditional Portuguese cuisine.

The lobby is small in size with a cream marble floor and counters. There is a raised lounge and bar area followed by the restaurant.
