Hotel eden (room only) - The hotel is located just 200 meters away from the Croisette, and right in the top part of rue d'Antibes, which is one of Cannes most important streets for shopping. The building is modern. Parts of this property have been newly built in 2006/2007, the room capacity has been doubled. Behind the reception desk is a large bar and restaurant area, which features in its centre a modern open fire. The rooms are of medium size. The decor is modern, wooden floor, light colour walls, and dark furniture. Bathrooms are small.Rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.

The breakfast room is located on the ground floor. It is furnished in an elegant modern style, with black framed chairs upholstered with cream colour leather. The tables feature an unusual marble effect.

The reception desk is placed at the end of the large lobby area, which is decorated in a modern urban style.
