Hotel astera sathorn - Located in a residential part of Sathorn road in the heart of Bangkok within a 5 minutes walk of the sky train station Sapantaksin and the river. Two modern concrete and glass constructions in white, the first building just off the main road is 5 storey and houses the lobby, restaurant and the banquet rooms. The second building is 10 storey and adjoins the 5 storey building. The second building houses the guest rooms. Standard rooms vary from 26 to 28 square meters. The rooms have a European ambience and the furnishing is art decoration. Large bay windows which overlook either the residential district enhance the feeling of space. All bathrooms have bath and are in good condition. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor just above the lobby level. The decor is pleasant and the cuisines range from international to local.
