Check the cheaper hotel price
The cheaper price should be offered by another online travel agent and should not relate to villa or apartment accommodation. The accommodation at the lower price must be available when Octopus Travel check your claim and cannot be a special offer price. The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through OctopusTravel.com on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.
Send us the details
Simply e-mail your claim to e-mail to email@example.com, within 24 hours of booking with Octopus Travel, including the following information:
- Your OctopusTravel booking reference number
- The company name and web address of the other online travel agent
- The price offered by the other online travel agent
What happens next?
Octopus Travel will check your claim then we’ll confirm a refund to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking within 2 business days. Your card will be refunded with the difference within 10 working days.
